Liu Zhenya, Chairman of GEIDCO and CEC, met with the delegation led by Vice President at Nanyang Technological University (NTU) Professor Lam Khin Yong on 15th Dec, 2017 in Beijing. The two sides agreed to pool in resources to conduct joint research and take concerted efforts to promote the concept of GEI and drive innovation.
According to Liu Zhenya, the proposal of the ambitious strategy of GEI is based on the success of UHV power grid in China.
